Duke Energy has failed to all GA, SC, and NC residents. Failed in a way to explain to us how we all witnessed a dramatic increase on our electricity bills in the past few months. I have witnessed personally having a normal electricity bill ranging from 150-200 and then for a 34 days bill having them charge anywhere between 400-500 dollars. Their only explanation is the whole NC/SC residents have experienced -10 degree weather, I’m not sure where everyone lives but in my town we have NEVER had -10 degree weather. We as residents in NC/SC/GA deserve a refund on over charges that D.E has seemed to profit off of!
