Jun 14, 2016 — From: "IKEA Dublin" Date: June 14, 2016 at 2:39:37 PM PDT As you may have heard, IKEA has submitted plans to the City of Dublin for a potential retail project that would include our third Bay Area store. Proposed for 27 acres at the northwest corner of I-580 and Hacienda Drive, the plan includes an approximately 350,000-square-foot IKEA store as well as approximately 60,000 square feet of other specialized retailers and restaurants, which we are in the process of identifying. As the project takes shape, we want to hear your suggestions and ideas. For this reason, we have created a project website at www.ProposedDublinCA.com. Please take a few moments to visit the website and offer your input in the feedback section. Additionally, we are hosting two open houses on June 28 and June 29 in Dublin to receive community input. The format and locations are intended to make participation as convenient as possible for interested Dublin residents.
