Dublin City Council have requested the removal of a stunning mural of David Attenborough in Dublin 8 on the sole basis that there was no planning permission sought. This is not right. The people of Dublin love this mural & want it to stay. Such murals of high artistic merit uplift the citizens, and make Dublin a happier, creative & more interesting place.

The house owner reportedly has no objection to the mural, and if true it should be left there. Dublin City Council please act in the best interests of citizens who want it to remain.
