In a time of intense environmental crisis coupled with rapid continuous development and growing social exclusion, we ask all national and local stakeholders to work together to enable the following environmental justice human rights to be fully enacted in the management of our rivers:

• ACCESS FOR ALL TO GENUINE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN RIVER MANAGEMENT
• ACCESS FOR ALL TO PROPERLY-MAINTAINED RIVERS BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES
• ACCESS FOR ALL TO FINEST INTEGRATED NATURE-BASED FLOOD RESILIENCE SOLUTIONS RESPECTFUL OF ALL RIVERS AS A WHOLE
• ACCESS FOR ALL TO TRANSPARENT RELIABLE INFORMATION

We ask that these rights be respected in river-related day-to-day management as well as in all current and future river-related planning projects such as the Poddle Flood Alleviation Scheme project.
