Quakertown Pennsylvania is in desperate need of your support. We are a local community and our children's park is deplorable. We have videos and proof of how bad things are. We are working on getting public records. Unfortunatly or cheif of police is also the over seer of public records and the borough manager. Nick Scott, after taking his eighteen month old daughter to Panther Playground, was so disturbed that he filmed many of the park problems.

    He also recorded a phone conversation between him and a park supervisor, allowing the supervisor the knowledge that he was being recorded by playing the universal notification that every business uses to notify the other party that the conversation is being recorded. When the supervisor continued talking, under Pennsylvania law, this IS consent to record the conversation.

   We need to show our public elected officials that our voices must be heard, we cannot be bullied, and the truth must come out as to what is happening in our community and whether our children are safe.
