The purposes of this petition is to ask East Hardy High School to drop their injunction against Tyler Consolidated and St. Mary’s high schools. This  legal pursuit is affecting so many young athletes, staff, and families. The honor of making it to state tournaments has been torn from these high school athletes who have worked so hard to achieve their dreams. This should not be a time that we spend waiting on adults to insert themselves and the legal system into our high school sports season. Please help the Lady Tide volleyball team from Sherman High School and the other single A teams who simply want to play in our tournament.  Respectfully, please, East Hardy, drop the legal pursuit so that our teams have the ability to take full advantage of this special experience.
