In an act of civil disobedience, Adam Kokesh loaded a firearm in DC on July 4th. Shortly thereafter, he was violently raided and has been detained ever since.

Accepting punishment is an element of civil disobedience, but he has been subjected to extraordinary conditions. Although he hasn't harmed anyone, Judge Frederick Sullivan has declared Adam a "very dangerous person."

Any reasonable person would conclude that Adam Kokesh is not dangerous to anyone but the government.

He has received more than enough punishment for this non-violent "crime."
