We ask the Judges and Prosecutor in Pima County dismiss all charges against Alexander Zabel Jr  "Criminal Network"

I believe that the Right thing was done when charges were dropped against 857 Tucson and Daa Juice,

We ask you Laura Conover to Again Do the Right Thing.

Alex is still fighting these rediculous accusations of obstruction of a public thourofare.

We Heard the FOIA 911 calls 

We know none of those callers were neighbors or Family as Nanos implied.

Those callers should be punished, for filing false police reports = swatting. 

I have personally witnessed the harassment of independent YouTube journalists in Pima County, Arizona, by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

Alex Zabel Jr Independent journalist, who is dedicated to bringing awareness to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, has been unlawfully ticketed, charged, arrested, and intimidated simply for exercising His First Amendment rights.

It breaks my heart to see that more journalists have been detained than actual suspects in Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department claims that YouTubers are a public nuisance due to complaints. Nuisance Complaints that should have never been filed by people who do not reside in his jurisdiction 

However, this should not result in the silencing of journalists who are simply trying to report on an unfolding mystery and update concerned citizens.

The actions of the department not only threaten freedom of speech, but they also discourage the media from playing a crucial role in investigations, such as this one.

Freedom of the press is a cornerstone of our democracy, and it is unacceptable for these rights to be infringed upon. Independent journalists provide a valuable service, shining a light on stories that might otherwise remain in the shadows. Their work can uncover truth and bring about justice, especially in cases like Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance, where every bit of information counts.

I urge the Pima County Prosecution to drop all charges against Alex  Criminal Network - Independent journalist

and we ask that the Sheriff's office cease any unlawful intimidation. We must hold those in power accountable and ensure that every citizen feels safe exercising their constitutional rights without fear of retribution.
