It has been almost 3 months since Bryan was taken out of this world. Taken out by a 25 year old habitual speeder. 5 speeding tickets in 5 years and this one was her 6th. Again Trooper JC Rubert stated to a family member that the sun was in her eyes. But the sun was behind her at 7am. Then she "so sleepy from work and it is just a tragedy" How did someone whose eyes are closed stay in their lane so well around that curve at exit 48A on I 85? Take a look at that car and tell me how. And if she was trying to get home then she missed her exit, she must have slept for a half of a mile and stayed in her lane. Wow. The SC highway patrol seems to be okay with people who can not drive, who speeds, and who continues to drive around and parade their trashy self all over town. She just came up with that sleepy tale to save herself from where she should be...prison! I have never in my life seen this sorry of a job done by anyone. It took over a month before I even got ahold of the trooper. This could be done to anyone and there is nothing right about it. And for the law to pretty much cover for her is unreal. She got her a new ride and still speeding around town ready to commit another crime. It is disgusting! Do not just read this, hit the button to sign. To try to remove her from the streets. I'm tired of being the victim of stupid people carelessness. I am at another level of being mad.
