Trooper covering for Killer

Thanks again for those people who have signed this petition. I called this highway patrol 5 times this past week. Not yet has he returned my calls. I am ready to take the next step, but I need 97 more signatures to meet the 500 goal. Please help. This is down right wrong. It could happen to you. And what makes this heartache even worse is it was preventable. South Carolina laws and scared cops is letting killers off with no consequences. No telling how often this is being done. Help save a life . And get these non drivers off the street.
