Negligent Driver backed by Trooper update

It has been brought to my attention that the trooper had spoke with another family member before me and told her that the sun was in the driver's eyes! The sun was behind them at 7 am. It took me over a week to make contact and I was told the Drowsy driver story. COVERUP! Please sign if you have not, We need to stick together against this type of treatment when the police want to protect criminals with money and high social standards. They put a social statute on who can get away with crimes. I have sent out letters and made calls. This is not going to happen and this family needs your support in only a signature.
