Please share, this is a petition to Greenville County Highway Patrol. Change that charge!. This is negligence, this is manslaughter. Reckless disregard of others safety by knowingly committing a  dangerous act but doing so anyway. Sleepy driving is no difference than driving while impaired. Don't let others be a victim of this selfish act!! The driver knew and admitted she kept falling asleep behind the wheel that morning, but kept on her way at 70 mph. This could have been you or your family member.
