WE NEED SPEED BUMPS ON OUR SIDE STREETS IN PARMA. 

I’m petitioning to have speed bumps put on our side streets in Parma that are known for drivers speeding down, in honor of my dog named basil who was taken from us a week after her first birthday because a driver was speeding down our street (Lincoln Ave) and didn’t care to stop when they hit her. Speed bumps would prevent so many more animals for losing their life to reckless drivers, could save children, and ease fear in parents. There is absolutely NO reason people should be going over 25 on a side street and if people won’t follow the rules then we need speed bumps to make them slow down!!!! I guarantee so many animals lives could be saved and peoples fears could be eased knowing their children and animals are safe. This won’t bring my basil bean back or ease the unbearable pain I feel everyday, but this could save someone else from the heartbreak & pain I feel. This can save an animal and a child's life. 
The city of Parma could easily do this but we need people to speak up! Speak up about your experiences with these reckless drivers speeding down our side streets! Please sign this petition if you agree that the speeding down these side streets needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY.
