October 22nd, 2020 Jacob Stanley Smith was headed home From working the night shift on his motorcycle when he was hit and killed wrongfully by a drunk driver on the Loop 101 in Arizona. Can I add that this wasn’t this mans first go at drinking and driving , a few short months prior in august he was in trouble for the same thing. Only this time it claimed the life of our love one.

Those of you who know Jake know he was the kindest most amazing man you could ever imagine meeting. He had the most contagious laugh and his smile can brighten the darkest of rooms. He was a son father fiancé the best of friend. He was from Mayfield A small town in upstate New York. He had a lot of friends a lot of family and a lot of people that adore him. He moved to Arizona to start a life for himself by going to MMI motorcycle mechanics institution where he graduated and was successful in his journey. He met a beautiful woman Christina who is now his fiancé and mother to his handsome son Axel. As many of you know or even if you don’t know Jake and Christina came to New York for his mothers wedding. Shortly after they returned home they found out they were pregnant and the joyful news soon filled family and friends ears!! When their son was born he had many complications that required surgery (still to this day) and made working for Christina not an option. Jake was the sole provider for his fiancé and son, the man that took his life robbed his fiancé and son his mother family and friends but most importantly robbed Jake of his life.

This is the second position I have made, because the first one was wrongfully taken down. I’m asking for help in getting justice for Jake. I am looking to have this man get max sentence for what he has done. TO MAKE AND PROVE A POINT TO EVERYONE ELSE THATS FINDS THE NEED TO GET BEHIND THE WHEEL INTOXICATED KNOWING IT COULD CLAIM THE LIFE OF A LOVED ONE.
