Ein Jahr der Trennung – ein ganzes Leben voller Sehnsucht. Und doch stehe ich noch immer fest.
An alle, die diese Petition unterschrieben haben,
An jede einzelne Person, die die Stimme eines Vaters gehört hat:
Ich danke Ihnen von Herzen.
Bis heute haben über 1.000 Menschen ihre Unterschrift für diese Sache gegeben. Das bedeutet: Über 1.000 Herzen stehen an meiner Seite – in meinem Schmerz und meiner Hoffnung.
Nun möchte ich wichtige neue Entwicklungen mitteilen:
Meine beiden Töchter, Elsa und Diana, wurden am 5. August 2024 aus ihrem rechtmäßigen Wohnsitz in Deutschland entführt.
Unsere Familie hatte zuvor vollen Zugang zu Bildung, medizinischer Versorgung und sozialer Unterstützung – dank der deutschen Regierung und der großzügigen, gastfreundlichen Menschen dieses Landes.
Elsa hat ein ganzes Schuljahr verloren.
Ich hatte elf lange Monate keinerlei Informationen über ihren Aufenthaltsort.
Jetzt wissen wir, dass sie sich in der Ukraine aufhalten – in einem Gebiet, das direkt vom Krieg und regelmäßigen Luftangriffen betroffen ist.
📌 Die Mutter behauptet, Elsa brauche keine Schulbildung.
📌 Sie zeigt Elsa offenbar nicht die Nachrichten ihrer Klassenkameraden, um ihr die Liebe und Zuwendung vorzuenthalten.
📌 Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass Elsa manipuliert wurde zu glauben, dass ihre Freunde sie nicht mehr mögen.
📌 Im häuslichen Umfeld äußert die Mutter regelmäßig rassistische Aussagen – etwas, das für ein junges Kind wie Elsa sehr schädlich sein kann.
📌 In Telefonaten sagte sie: „In Deutschland sind alle Menschen unglücklich und obdachlos.“ Dabei haben wir drei Jahre lang in Deutschland ein friedliches, geschütztes Leben mit allen Möglichkeiten geführt.
Die erste Gerichtsanhörung in der Ukraine fand am 9. Juni 2025 statt.
Erschreckend war, dass die Anwältin der Mutter behauptete, vom Termin nichts gewusst zu haben – obwohl sie bereits Monate zuvor offiziell informiert wurde.
Die zweite Anhörung am 21. Juli musste wegen Luftalarm und akuter Gefahr verschoben werden. Sie wurde nun auf den 18. August verlegt.
Und das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass der Krieg die Gerechtigkeit behindert…
❗️Ich frage also: Wenn die Lage so unsicher ist, dass selbst Gerichte nicht arbeiten können – wie kann man dann verantworten, dass Kinder weiterhin dort leben, ohne Bildung, ohne Stabilität, ohne psychologische Sicherheit?
Als ihr Vater kämpfe ich weiter für Gerechtigkeit.
Aber ich bin nicht allein – denn ich habe Euch.

🟨 Important Update from Elsa and Diana’s Father
One year of separation, a lifetime of longing… but I still stand firm.
To all those who have signed this petition,
To every person who has listened to the voice of a father:
From the depths of my heart, I thank you.
As of today, over 1,000 people have added their names to this cause. That means over 1,000 hearts have stood with me in my grief and hope.
Now, I would like to share important new developments:
My daughters, Elsa and Diana, were abducted from their legal place of residence in Germany on August 5, 2024.
While our family had full access to education, healthcare, and support thanks to the German government and its generous people, our peaceful life was suddenly shattered.
Elsa has lost an entire year of school.
For 11 long months, I had no information about their location.
Now we know that they are being kept in Ukraine — in a region that is directly affected by war and aerial attacks.
📌 The mother has claimed that Elsa does not need schooling.
📌 She has allegedly hidden messages sent by Elsa’s classmates to prevent her from seeing the love and care sent to her.
📌 It appears that she has manipulated Elsa into thinking her friends no longer care about her.
📌 Inside the home, the mother has often made racially discriminatory comments, which can have a harmful effect on a child’s developing mind.
📌 In several conversations, she stated that “everyone in Germany is miserable and homeless,” even though we lived a peaceful and privileged life there with every opportunity provided.
The first court hearing in Ukraine was held on June 9, 2025.
Shockingly, the mother’s lawyer claimed they were unaware of the court date — despite having received formal notice months earlier.
The second hearing, scheduled for July 21, had to be postponed due to missile alarms and imminent danger. It is now set for August 18.
And this is not the first time war has interfered with justice…
❗️So I ask: if the situation is so unsafe that even the courts cannot function, how can anyone expect that children should remain there — without education, stability, or psychological safety?
As their father, I continue to stand for justice.
But I am not alone — because I have you.

🟨 Mise à jour importante du père d’Elsa et Diana
Une année de séparation – une vie entière remplie de nostalgie. Et pourtant, je tiens toujours debout.
À toutes les personnes qui ont signé cette pétition,
À chaque personne qui a entendu la voix d’un père :
Je vous remercie du fond du cœur.
À ce jour, plus de 1 000 personnes ont signé pour soutenir cette cause. Cela signifie que plus de 1 000 cœurs battent à l’unisson avec le mien – dans ma douleur et dans mon espoir.
Je souhaite maintenant partager des informations cruciales :
Mes deux filles, Elsa et Diana, ont été enlevées le 5 août 2024 de leur lieu de résidence légal en Allemagne.
Notre famille bénéficiait d’un accès complet à l’éducation, aux soins médicaux et au soutien social – grâce au gouvernement allemand et au peuple généreux et hospitalier de ce pays.
Elsa a déjà perdu une année scolaire entière.
Pendant onze mois, je n’ai eu aucune information sur leur lieu de résidence.
Aujourd’hui, je sais qu’elles sont en Ukraine, dans une région affectée par la guerre et les frappes aériennes régulières.
📌 La mère affirme qu’Elsa n’a pas besoin d’aller à l’école.
📌 Elle ne montre apparemment pas à Elsa les messages envoyés par ses camarades de classe.
📌 Il semble qu’Elsa ait été manipulée pour croire que ses amis ne l’aiment plus.
📌 À la maison, la mère tient souvent des propos racistes – ce qui peut être extrêmement nocif pour une jeune fille comme Elsa.
📌 Lors de conversations téléphoniques, elle a déclaré : « En Allemagne, tout le monde est malheureux et sans-abri ». Pourtant, nous avons vécu trois années paisibles et stables en Allemagne avec toutes les opportunités possibles.
La première audience au tribunal ukrainien a eu lieu le 9 juin 2025.
Il est choquant que l’avocate de la mère ait affirmé ne pas avoir été informée – alors qu’une notification officielle avait été envoyée plusieurs mois auparavant.
La deuxième audience prévue le 21 juillet a dû être reportée en raison d’une alerte aérienne. Elle est maintenant fixée au 18 août.
Ce n’est pas la première fois que la guerre bloque le processus judiciaire.
❗️Je pose donc cette question : si la situation est si dangereuse que même les tribunaux ne peuvent pas fonctionner – comment peut-on justifier que ces enfants vivent encore là-bas, sans scolarité, sans stabilité, sans sécurité émotionnelle ?
En tant que père, je continue à me battre pour la justice.
Mais je ne suis pas seul – car vous êtes avec moi.
