Find someway to introduce He-Man on She-Ra: Princesses of Power
The Issue
Now all you nostalgiac fans of the Masters of the Universe franchise are probably familiar with the recent Netflix reboot of She-Ra, which takes a different direction than the original by removing Adora's twin brother, Adam, the He-Man himself, from her origin.
Now it's explained that in this series that Etheria was banished into the Despondos dimension by one of the previous She-Ra(s) a thousand years ago. A good way to avoid direct mentions or references to the He-Man mythos and Etheria's sister planet, Eternia. I'm sure Adora will find someway to fix her predecessor's mistake. Adora's backstory is still left in the shadow, as the Weaver of Shadows herself said she took her in as an orphan. The exact circumstances are vague, but I doubt she's as "orphan" as SW says so.
The show's creator Noelle Stevenson, has planned out 4 13 episode arcs for the show, and she's made it clear that He-Man is "off the table". Well, girl power and independence is important, I admit that, but come on! We should hope She-Ra isin't limited to only 52 episodes. The Voltron Netflix series had 78 episodes in counting, maybe they could stretch it, and be free to go crazy.
Another question you may ask is, if Adam were to appear, how would he potrayed? Adam is usually a "happy-go-lucky" prince with an upbeat attitude, I guess he had it easy most of his life, imagining him that as a teenager is a no-brainer. While his sister was raised by bad guys and trained to be a serious, co-ordinated force captain. So I see potential for Adora to be jealous of him, but let's not judge, she has had a LOT of issues with Catra. Also, how would he interact with her friends, Glimmer and Bow. Sure I see some potential "bromance" between Adam and Bow, the show is into that "gay tease" thing like with Bow and the alleged He-Man / Horde cadet wimp known as Kyle.
