URGENT: Ivan Satizabal (A# 098-98-9634)

, who has lived in the U.S. since he was 15 years old, could be deported to a country where he has no family & life will be in serious jeopardy.

Ivan was brought to the U.S. from Honduras, in 2005, after gangs wanted to forcefully recruit him. ICE gave him a temporary protection and now wants to deport him to a country where he has no family and will most likely be killed.  Deporting Ivan to Honduras is equivalent to a death sentence!

I am writing to request that you grant deferred action and stop the deportation of DREAMer Ivan Satizabal (A#098-989-634).

Ivan was brought to the United States when he was only 15 years old. He fled from Honduras because his life was in danger. The gangs were forcing Ivan to join.

Ivan went to Harrisonburg High School in VA and joined the soccer team, Spanish Club and Men of Character. He only completed the 11th grade because he turned 18 and was forced to work towards a GED instead. He was working towards getting his GED and hoped of having a better future. Now 22 years old, Ivan knows no one in Honduras and he is scared he will get killed by the "maras". He has three US Citizen siblings who depend on him as a father figure.

I urge you to stop the deportation of Ivan Satizabal (A# 098-98-9634).
