The draft subdivision plan faced a deferral during last night’s meeting, while the rezoning to residential was successfully passed. Now, Lambton County holds the authority to make the final decision. Plympton Wyoming Council has taken our input into account and made specific requests. The top priority is securing permanent access to Lakeshore Road, with only one access point to Egremont Rd. Additionally, they’ve emphasized the need for better buffering and screening for existing homes.
