📌 Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) – To request an inquiry into whether state laws criminalising naturists violate Australia’s international human rights obligations.

📌 Joint Standing Committee on Human Rights (Federal Parliament) – To demand an investigation into how these laws infringe on rights to body autonomy, freedom of expression, and non-discrimination.

📌 Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee (Senate) – To highlight the legal inconsistencies across states and territories and push for a national framework to ensure fair treatment.

The revised petition now highlights scientific studies proving that naturism is beneficial for mental health, body confidence, and stress reduction. Yet, Australian laws are denying people access to these proven benefits.
