Some high-school student have to take a middle-school bus to get to ACL, which leaves at 8:10 AM, all for a measly 5-10 minutes of extra class time.

Solution: either start ACL at the old time (10 AM) or provide direct transportation, which is more costly, but you don't really need those extra $1000 laptops, do you?
