I just wanted to reach out to let you know we've passed 400 signatures on our petition to fire John Bogdan, a former warden of Guantanamo Bay, from UNC Charlotte. Thank you so much for your support! Phillip Dubois is leaving office, and Dr. Sharon Gaber begins her term tomorrow. If enough of us sign, the incumbent chancellor can’t simply “consider the matter closed” as Dubois has advised her to do.
