I think we cannot make a good impact on the decision makers of our petition until we start it to share at large scale. We have to encourage others to sign this Petition. After reading your comments I am going to make some changes in Petition like If University is not able to conduct exams then It should make changes such that it should return fees or promote other students to next semester. And if University had missed all the chances to conduct exams like in 2019 then it should give Final Degrees by promoting Students according to Grades in examinations of their previous semester(s) and Internal Assignments. For example If Mr. A is currently  in 3rd semester( Of 2 Years Course ) and University failed to conduct examinations 2 times consecutively. Then University should have to Give his Final Degree Along with Mark sheets for All Semesters based on criteria as Discussed Above.
