In Dekalb County, students are now being charged for basic needs in school like pencils, paper for assignments, desks, being tardy, etc and that is not fair to public school students because a good amount of them can not afford it. The goal here is to hopefully stop that and allow our students to gain all the resources needed in order to succeed in a classroom environment.
