Chance's life mattered. All the lives of the animals entering that shelter matter. The Wilson County Animal Shelter has not followed state wide regulations regarding a 72 hour mandatory hold time for animals entering the shelter and need to be held accountable. They need to  answer the questions "why?" and "how did this happen?". Chance had a family that wanted him. He had a family that was coming for him. The shelter killed him in less than 24 hours with no justification. If they would have held him the mandatory 72 hours, he would still be alive today and with his family right now. Please be his voice and help us make sure that this NEVER happens again at this shelter.
