Friends as we know that DMRC vacancy came in Nov.2015 for filling of various posts including SC/TO (Station controller/Train operator).

Initially the no. of vacancy for SC/TO is 395 ,many unemployed youth who were willing to work in DMRC fillled their forms .After 3 months just before the written exam DMRC revised its vacancy and increased the seats from 395 to 592. Students were happy after increasing of vacancy and they appeared in written exam on 3 april 2016 on different in Delhi and NCR.

After written exam its result came on 24 May and 1142 candidates have passed (only 2 times of total seats) , all the passed candidates were called for the next stage Psycho test which was held from 13 june to 23 june at DMRC training centre Delhi.

After psycho test its result came on 29 june which is one of most amazing and terrifying result we had ever seen,only 213 candidates had been passed for 592 posts which is only 36% of total vacancy ,in the case of Indian railway it is about 3 times of total vacancy and in other metros (e.g.lucknow metro ) it is about 1.5 to 2 times of total vacancy. Also DMRC did not disclose marks of candidates and cut off on which basis they are being failed.

I want to ask DMRC officials that what is this ? Do you think unemployed youths are fools? Do you want to failed them with this type of stupid result ?

We unemployed youth who have spend time and money in this exam will not stop till satisfactory clarification or releasing of another list of psycho passed candidates.

We have appeared in both stage examination in view of 592 posts and it is your duty to fill your total vacancy.

We candidates request DMRC officials to :-

• release another list of psycho passed candidates as soon as possible

• maintain transparency in recruitment process

• no interview for SC/TO ,directly called psycho passed candidates for medical test as it is a non-gazetted post and after PM's calling there should no interview for non-gazetted posts.

• full all your vacant seats which is advertised ,no seats should be vacant

Lastly we want to say DMRC that we are unemployed but not fools and we know our rights. Don't do these type of things in recruitment process otherwise nobody will have faith in your recruitment process.
