Central government in order to provide housing project to govt employees going to cut 16.5k trees in south delhi area, Forest department after charging 22cr compensation gave its permission to government. Such massive cutting down of trees is not good & favourable for environment. Redevelopment & houses are not important than our environment. Govt can provide houses to some other area. Such cutting down of massive numbers of trees should be stopped.
