We are students at Georgia Tech. There have been legitimate questions raised about the fairness of the process followed by Office of Student Integrity in disciplining Phi Delta Theta and whether they are even guilty of the allegations. This is not the first time there have been accusations that OSI has violated student rights and unfairly favored the accuser.

We request that Bud Peterson, the President of Georgia Tech, turn this matter over to Sam Olens, the Georgia Attorney General, whose office represents the Board of Regents for a fair and transparent investigation of the allegations.
