We have more COVID-19 cases per capita then Ontario does. Yet, Ontario already shut down all K-12 schools. We need to take the action now.

We need to close schools with the real possibility that kids may not be able to finish the year at school. 

Dr. Hinshaw has used Singapore as an example that you can curb transmission while keeping schools open. I do not disagree, but closing schools is a tool we need to use now in order to reduce further transmission here in Alberta. The cost of not being in school is well worth the benefit of saving lives.
