I want to draw your kind attention to fact that Dr. Amit Upadhyay who is working in Pediatrics Deptt. as head in Medical college meerut also visits and attend private hospitals.

 

My son DIVIK was born in his presence as the delivery was premature, he placed him in nursary in a different hospital for 19 days. After 19 days he discharged my son saying that now he is perfectly fine.

 

After 3 month of discharge my son started facing problem like watering and redness in eyes. At that instant we took him again to Dr. Upadhyay, he consoled us saying that it is a normal infection & prescribed some medicines & eye drops. After taking medicines & eye drops for 1 week there was no improvement in his eyes. Then we decided to take him to an eye specialist. He was unable to this case as one eye was completly damaged and other was fully infected, So he refered my son to AIIMS Delhi where Doctors diagnosed him and did several tests concluding that the eyes of my son may not be treated further.

 

After all this I did analysis and find that when my son was in nursary he is not treated properly by Dr. upadhyay and due to his casual approch my son is suffering with chronic eye disorder .

 

I have file the case against Dr. Amit Upadhayay in consumer court.
