Through the NCCA Order dated August 17, 2015, the Conference officer, Atty Trixie Cruz-Angeles, as assisted by clerk of court, Julius Cesar Asuncion, conducted its 3rd Conference on Sept 15, 2015 which started at 2:30pm and adjourned at 5:30 pm, at Plaza de Shalom restaurant, Sariaya, Quezon. Stakeholders representing the Sariaya heritage houses were, namely: Ms Rina Marquez for the Don Natalio Enriquez House, Mr Juanito Manigbas of the Parish Council on Church Heritage and Devotion (PCCHD), Mr Angel Remojo of Parish Pastoral Council (PPC), Aristeo Carlos of Parish Council on Economic Affairs (PCEA) representing Sariaya Catholic Church patio/plaza complex, Ms Gemma Padre for Don Vicente Alcaneses House, Ms Amable Quejano for Quejano House, Ms Annie Pineda for Villadiego House, Ms Nita Lacuesta for Orendain house, Mr Pablo Manongsong for Trillana House, Mr Butch de Luna for Gloria de Luna-Remo House, Mr Ysmael Baysa for Baysa House, Ms Emma Sia for Pablo Sia Heritage store together with other heritage advocate supporters namely: Ka Lino and Mye Atienza, Dennis Maristany, Ma. Anicia Mejia, Febe Sevilla - Board of Trustees representing Dakilang Pamana ng Lahi,- Inc, Manila, Inc. and Advocates for Heritage Preservation - Manila, Eriberto Ricardo J. Dedace and Alberto Cadorna for Sariaya Heritage Council, Inc, Felino Tanada of Lucena City for Quezon Province Heritage Council, Inc, Mrs. Linda Marquez, wife of former governor of Quezon , Bienvenido Marquez, Mrs Victoria A. de Villa and Gladys A. Cabunag for TUKLAS Sariaya, Councilor Sunshine Abcede of Lucena City, Councilor Teodorico de la Pena - Sariaya, Councilor Gerardo Q. Abril - Sariaya, owners of stores/businesses, like Mr. Benjamin Ilumin of Sariaya Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Mr Geddy Tan, Mr Sesinando Lorena, Mrs. Tan of Asia bakery, Mrs Agnes Lim of Sariaya Bread House bakery, Mr Ernesto Gagalac, Ms Neddy Quilala, Ms. Marilou de Guzman, Engr. & Mrs Brucal, Mr Ricky Remolona, Mr Henry Tan of Apple Bakery, and a representative from Ongville Supermarket-Sariaya branch. The DPWH was represented by Engr Wilfredo Racelis, while the Municipality of Sariaya LGU was represented by Municipal Adm. Cenon Allan Loria and Executive assistant Marion Saligay, other avid heritage supporters like Brgy Chairman Tony Decin – Brgy Poblacion 1, and other Sariaya residents who were present. Mr Danny Galera Maffiotte de Luna, president of Sariaya Heritage Council, Inc, and Quezon Province Heritage Council, Inc expressed his hearfelt gratitude to those who attended the conference. The said conference which was ordered by NCCA and organized by Ms Rina Marquez, was supported by Sariaya Heritage Council, Inc, Quezon Province heritage Council, Inc, Dakilang Pamana ng Lahi, Inc., Advocates for Heritage Preservation-Manila, and Tuklas Sariaya.The stakeholders agreed that there will no more road widening; while, Atty. Trixie Angeles encouraged both sides to come to an agreement and make new proposals and counter proposals amenable to everyone to be submitted by all stakeholders in the next conference to be announced by the NCCA. The venue was hosted by Ms Gladys Arguelles Cabunag, one of the owners of the heritage house Gala-Rodriguez Ancestral house. The motto for the Day was Carpe diem (seize the day). In an advocacy or fight as big as can be imagined, it is better to win one small battle for the day. Sariaya's heritage had won one small battle for the day. Sariaya’s heritages seized the day
