Wilfredo Racelis, DPWH spokesman, through a phone interview yesterday reiterated that as far as DPWH is concerned the area being bachhoed along Sariaya Poblacion’s Daang Maharlika is not covered by NCCA’s Cease and Desist order, since there are no existing heritage house in the area. Mr Danny de Luna, President of the Quezon Province Heritage Council, Inc emphasized that the tenor of what has been agreed upon in the NCCA’s 3rd Conference held last Sept 15, 2015 in Plaza de Shalom restaurant should prevail. Atty Angeles NCCA conference officer reiterated in the 3rd Conference that both parties may make proposals and counter proposals regarding the issue of where to place the two sets of the remaining DPWH proposed loading and unloading bay in the next meeting to be scheduled NCCA by November. It appears that DPWH Engr. Wilfredo Racelis statement above is way beyond from what has been agreed upon and out of way from the tenor of the NCCA Cease and desist Order issued last March 2015.
