Over the weekend we have lost 4 beautiful dogs through someone putting out baits on their property without notifying anyone and our friend also lost 2 dogs as well While I realise that feral animals are a huge problem on properties having grown up on one myself I would not want anyone to witness the horrible death our dogs endured or go through the associated stress of wondering whether any of the poison has contaminated you or any of your family The poison causes vomiting and fitting and horrible pain and can be easily transported by birds or feral animals to properties other than where the baits are spread I cannot begin to imagine what it would be like if a child or even an adult was to get any of this in their system . Even if another animal eats the vomit from the poisoned animal that is enough imagine how much ground a feral animal could cover before dying and how much of a domino effect to innocent animals there could be. Or even worse if a bird dropped it in your backyard and your small child picked it up Anything this dangerous should not be available for sale and should only be used by professionals who strictly follow all of the guide lines Australia is one of the only countries where this is not banned for use please help me stop anyone else having to go through what we have this weekend .
