This is meant for a loving daughter, a doting mother and an ever supportive sister, Dr. DEEPTI AGARWAL, the one in whom resided our heart and our hopes.  

She was beaten, tortured, mentally harassed by Dr. SUMIT AGARWAL her husband ,her in-laws- Dr. S.C. AGARWAL, ANITA AGARWAL, her brother in law-Dr. AMIT AGARWAL and his wife-Dr. TULIKA AGARWAL ( all members of a highly influential family in PRATAPURA, AGRA) and left with bruises on her body and even more devastating scars on her soul. A doting mother who was bullied for loving her two year old daughter, a brilliant anesthetist was not allowed to work either in outside hospitals nor in her husband's s own hospital SAPPHIRE HOSPITAL. After a massive dowry was paid, she was forced to live separately on rent and given a mere amount monthly to manage her and her child's expenses. She was not allowed to let her daughter study in a school of her own choice because of pressure of her in-laws. 

She was socially isolated, confined to the four walls of her home, with no-one to talk to. She faced many restrictions, if she ever wanted to go out or visit the gym where she had a few people she could speak to. She wasn't allowed to meet her father, mother or her brothers who were her only source of motivation. She was even denied the mere privilege of tying rakhi to her brothers on rakshabandhan.  

She kept thinking if she put in  some more of her soul into her marriage she could make it work and not return home which would put a bad name to her father's reputation. She tried endlessly. Such misery she was put into that she believed death was better than her miserable life. Even after her untimely and unnatural death under suspicious circumstances, let alone consoling our grieving family, such is the audacity of the in laws that they are defaming her by asserting that the name of her previously aborted child KRISHIV, was of someone she had an alleged illicit relationship with and not of her child whom she lost in the sixth month of her pregnancy. They even had enough nerve to offer money to the family for dropping any charges that the family might impose.

We seek justice for the mere 33 years that she lived and the disastrous 6 years of her marriage she endured with nothing but a smile on her face. Kindly support us in this endeavor and not let the people responsible get away with this horrendous act.
