85% of PA school are playing Fall Sports. The PIAA has approved moving forward, and Governor Wolf has put out new guidelines including spectators. With PIAA current rules, our kids will never get this season back if they don’t play right now. They will also forfeit the right to participate in playoffs. For many High School students this can negatively impact their collegiate athletic options. Your high school principal is the one who votes. This petition is to ask for an immediate reversal of the decision to postpone Fall Sports utilizing CCHD recommendation, and utilize other experts, including CHOP for the reversal. Our public schools are here to serve the public, and they are required to utilize the voice of their constituents in making decisions.
