YANK DOVE HAIR COMMERCIAL FOR DOG IN BACK OF PICK-UP:
In the Dove hair commercial, a silver-haired lady rides a pick-up with a dog in the back of the pick-up. This is not legal in many states in America and it is also extremely unsafe in any state. It is with reckless abandon that Dove feels that they can place a dog in the back of a pick-up in a commercial which gives the impression that this practice is perfectly acceptable, which it is not!
But then Dove is a company under Unilever (a multi-billion dollar corporation) that continues to perform vivisection, live animal experimentation in their "research" laboratories. These tests are completely useless and continue only as profit making contracts with companies like billionaire Charles River Laboratories. And SALT TO THE WOUND, THE DOG IN THE BACK OF THE PICK-UP IS A HOUND TYPE DOG RELATED TO A BEAGLE! The dog of choice in laboratories due to their extremely gentle and sweet demeanor (not that ANY dog would be acceptable in the back of an open pick-up truck.
These companies are so rich and powerful they are what is considered to be the 1% of the world. They have the power to spread responsibility. Instead, they encourage people to continue to practice putting innocent defenseless dogs in harm's way of being torpedoed off the back of the pick-up truck to a fate of serious injury and/or death.
Demand that this commercial be yanked!
