Kentucky has been ranked 50th out of 50 states in the treatment of its animals &  despite the efforts of so many passionate Kentuckians to change that, there has not been much progress. For example, in March 2018, a legislative effort to SIMPLY MAKE IT ILLEGAL FOR A HUMAN BEING TO HAVE SEX WITH AN ANIMAL, was derailed in large measure, due to the lobbying efforts of the Kentucky Houndsmen Association. We need to send the message to the Huntsmen that their continued support of keeping sex with animals legal in Kentucky is a slap in the face to the State's residents, who are trying so hard, to improve the lot of these animals, & to move Kentucky forward...lets be clear...the Houndsmen are saying it should be perfectly legal  for PEOPLE TO RAPE ANIMALS.
