Sign this petition to support legislation for the creation of Safety Zones around hospitals to prevent the harassement and bullying from antivaxxers, and to ensure the safety of our healthcare workers and our patients/their caregivers; all of whom deserve to be treated better than this. It is not okay for anyone to be concerned for their safety, or worried about obstructions, when accessing healthcare or going to work to provide care for others. As an emergency nurse who has worked through 3 waves, I am incredibly upset with antivaxxers and other individuals who choose to harass and cause moral distress/injury to my colleagues, our patients & their caregivers. Since I am currently on maternity leave, this petition is the least I can do to show my love and support for my colleagues who have worked tirelessly wave after wave of this pandemic. Thank you for your support.
