Then, on Thurs. Mar. 5, the formal debate commenced in the ON Legislature. What a disappointment from the Ford Government!
Not only are they refusing to end Tarion's monopoly (citing their own research as a reason but refusing to share that research), but they are offering little even though they have acknowledged Tarion is "broken".
Watch the short video of NDP Critic Tom Rakocevic scolding the Ford Government MPPs, telling them they are offering crumbs to starving people, and trying to convince us it is a loaf of bread!
It seems this is now all in the hands of Premier Doug Ford.

- Ontario's purchasers of newly built homes deserve a lot more than crumbs!
