On Nov. 13, 2019 NDP Leader Andrea Horwath called for the IMMEDIATE removal of the Tarion board & CEO as first steps to deal with Ontario's new home warranty mess. Ms. Horwath also said Tarion's monopoly needs to end. CPBH agrees with NDP Leader Andrea Horwath.

Why has Minister Thompson not yet done anything given the Auditor General's report? After all, she is the Minister responsible for consumer protection.
