Are a majority of Ontario's homebuilders fed up with Tarion's monopoly too?

"The Ontario Home Builders' Association (OHBA) is the voice of the residential construction industry in Ontario, representing 4,000 member companies...across the province" (OHBA web-site).

Many of Ontario's builders want a choice of warranty provider too instead of being forced to deal with Tarion!

CPBH has congratulated the OHBA on its decision to let their members vote on this at their Sept. 24 meeting!

We look forward to hearing the outcome of the vote!
