With the new PC Government in Ontario, there is a new Minister responsible for the Tarion Warranty Corporation, Minister Todd Smith. Please take a moment and drop him a note, and ask him to end Tarion's monopoly - now. If you like, you can remind him of Justice Cunningham's Tarion Review report that recommended that Tarion's monopoly be replaced with a competitive warranty model, like most of the rest of Canada has in place. It doesn't have to be a lengthy note, but it is important that he hears from Ontarians on this important matter as quickly as possible.
