The Ontario Government only provided two days (Nov. 20 and Nov. 21) for the Committee considering Bill 166 related to Tarion to hear from individuals/organizations about this important Bill. Each presenter was only given FIVE minutes to make a presentation to the committee. CPBH presented on Nov. 20 in our allotted five minutes. Clearly that is not enough time for such an important and complex matter. Like many others, CPBH uses Twitter to communicate to Ontario politicians (and others). Twitter has become an important communication vehicle for many to get information to politicians. Given MPP Delaney's decision to block CPBH on Twitter, and given the importance of Bill 166 to consumers, CPBH has requested that MPP Delaney be removed from the committee considering Bill 166. We await the Liberal's decision on this. The committee reconvenes on Monday/Tuesday next week to discuss Bill 166 so we don't have much time.
