By now you may know that Justice Cunningham delivered BIG for Ontario's purchasers of newly built homes! He made 37 recommendations, including ending Tarion's monopoly! Thank you Justice Cunningham! While the Ontario Government has accepted some of his recommendations, it has not yet agreed to ending Tarion's monopoly.
