First the good news! His report is out, and Justice Cunningham made key recommendations including ending Tarion's monopoly and separating the regulator and warranty provider role. But the ON gov't is under no obligation to accept his recommendations. Today the ON gov't announced that it will separate the regulator/warranty roles (which is great news), but it is not yet taking steps to end Tarion's monopoly as Justice Cunningham recommended.
