You told us America First. You told us you'd protect our faith. You lied. Now it's our turn.

We are Christians, conservatives, and Americans who voted for Donald Trump because he promised to put America First and defend our faith.

He lied to us.

This weekend, Trump posted an AI-generated image of himself dressed as Jesus Christ — then deleted it when the backlash became too strong. Just weeks before, he mocked the Pope, calling him "weak" and "terrible." This is not the behavior of a man of faith. This is blasphemy.

Trump told us America First. Instead he has dragged us into conflicts driven by foreign interests, spending American blood and treasure on wars that serve no American purpose.

He promised to protect Christian values. Instead he compares himself to Jesus Christ while attacking the leader of the Catholic Church — a fellow American, Pope Leo XIV — in ways that even Hitler and Mussolini never dared.

The US Conference of Catholic Bishops has condemned him. Conservative Christian commentators have called his actions "outrageous blasphemy." Even his own allies are appalled.

We are not the radical left. We are Christians who believed his promises. And we have been betrayed.
