I propose the creation of Bonds for sale that specifically fund the completion of a border wall along the entire US-Mexico border.  The bonds should have an average or above return compared to historical markets and be accessible to even small investors. 

We who have elected Donald Trump on a promise of border security among many other promises, would love to put our money where are mouth is and invest in America's future and security through this "Wall Bonds" program.
