We believe that climate change is a real and present danger, that it is largely caused by human activity and that we, as a nation, must do whatever it takes to limit its effects. This is a nonpartisan issue. Rising sea levels, violent storms and freakish weather patterns affect us all, regardless of party affiliation, religion, ethnicity or age. We ask that you, President Trump, use all the power at your disposal to honor America's commitments to the Paris agreement, to continue to enforce restrictions against polluters, and to actively pursue investment in clean energy. We pledge to support you in this and to do everything we can to help fight climate change.
