Australia needs to tread carefully with incoming USA Trump presidency

Thanyou for signing the recent petition- Donald Trumps is a threat to Australia’s democracy. 
It is imperative now more than ever, for Australia to strengthen its alliance with UK and Europe to ensure stability and security in the wake of the recent US elections. 
Trumps stance on climate change, economic trade, and US nationalist agenda against minorities, will affect the future of all countries. 
Coupled with the fact that the US Supreme Court recently ruled that a sitting President is immune from criminal activity while holding office. 
We as Australians, more than ever, need to protect our women against a growing tide of misogyny, our economy against trade wars, our people against racism and our environment against climate destruction.
