This is a call to eliminate mandatory E-checks in Ohio. House Resolution 85, which calls for the President, Congress, and the EPA to amend the Federal Clean Air Act, was adopted on 5/24/2017 with 72 yeas and 25 nays yet no further action has been taken. 

It is time that we make a serious effort to eliminate this burdensome, wasteful program and put our tax dollars to better use.
