Dear Congress,

I am a married woman, a teacher & the loving mother of one little boy. Unfortunately, an old friend who has a vendetta against me has been abusing the DCPP System by calling them sending them to my home to check on the welfare of my child. This person does not have good intentions when he calls. He wants to ruin my career & life. He has not seen or heard from me in over 5 years but still persists to try to ruin my life in a legal sense. He knows that since I am a teacher this can be damaging to my career. I have spoken to law enforcement & my lawyer & it seems anyone can just call the DCPP & make up stories with no consequence. In each case I have dealt with abuse & neglect was not found yet almost every year the DCPP still shows up at my door because this person keeps calling. I believe if someone is abusing the system making up lies for their own personal enjoyment they should be punished & the laws should be changed accordingly.
